The Local Economic Development Agency of Vlora (AULEDA) launched offline training sessions for intermediaries on the 23rd of May 2019.
The training “Quality Controller in Industry” was carried out in order to enhance security in the maritime transport sector and related support services. 34 young students of Naval Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, the first and second cycle of studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Vlore, were trained in a two-day session (23-24 May 2019). The participants were also informed about European standards of quality assessment, control and safety assessment protocol for ships, machinery and equipment used in maritime transport, and support services at ports and shipyards.
